	About Us Third Eye Services is a small IT consultancy established in 2001. We are based in North London, but can provide services throughout the South East as well as in central Scotland. Third Eye Services has worked with clients from within retail & commercial banking, investment banking, stockbroking, insurance and retailing. Our assignments have included: Managing the non-functional requirements (NFR) definition process within a major corporate payments systems upgrade programme at a leading UK high street bank. Defining the non-functional test strategy and high-level test plan needed to support a major core banking system replacement programme at a leading UK building society. Also helping to define the non-functional requirements and establishing a clear strategy for the use of testing tools in the programme. Conducting an in-depth bank-wide review of non-functional testing at a top tier UK bank and producing a detailed business case supporting the establishment of a non-functional testing centre of excellence within the bank. Providing performance test management services for numerous programmes at various clients, including: one of the first UK online retail banks; the UK operations of a global insurance group; the UK head office of a global credit card issuer; a leading UK share-dealing organisation; one of the UK’s leading on-line classified advertising groups; one of the UK’s top supermarket retailers; etc. Providing consultancy and test audits for a number of financial institutions planning or implementing non functional testing programmes, including a major UK electronic payments agency, a leading UK life and pensions provider, and the UK head office of a leading US bank. Managing a £10M portfolio of testing-related projects at a major UK bank. The projects encompassed provision of: test environments, automated testing tools, bank-wide test audits and a non-functional testing centre of excellence.
